What’s on this weekend in Dublin?
Breathworks with Tara @ Reform Pilates
Exercise helps us to de-stress and come back into our bodies. Tara is in the studio with her Breathworks Masterclass this Saturday – join her for a unique and challenging combination of Pilates and yoga moves to help you switch off and feel good 😃 don’t forget to book your place http://www.reformdublin.ie/index.php/class-bookings/ . . #mindfulmovement #reformpilates #lovethebodyyoulivein❤
The sensory motor system is continually responding to daily stresses with specific muscular reflexes, triggering unconscious responses to fight/flight. This sends our nervous system into overload. Learn ways to reduce stress, get off the hamster wheel and learn ways to reboot your system back to normal.
This 90 min Breathworks masterclass will combine strength and balance with a unique sequence of three-dimensional movement. Learn new ways of integrating movement such as breath to free strains & stresses along with creating more energy in the body.
Saturday, 19 May from 2-3.30pm. Tickets are priced at €30 and are available here
STRUCTURE | STRENGTH | STABILITY with Sibylle Dallmann @ Hot Yoga Dublin
…teaching a masterclass this Sunday @hotyogadublin for anyone who is sick of muscling through poses and curious about finding intelligent ways to deepen the practice. Moving from a place that’s informed by sensation, biomechanics and energetical blueprints. Growing your practice deeper with more integrity and a growing understanding of the inherent intelligence of the body you live in. It’ll be great! See you on the mat! Sxx
The last in a series of three, this workshop can be taken alone or as a companion to the previous two. These workshops will teach you how to intelligently align your body by understanding, respecting and utilising its own inherent biomechanics. Playing with the intentional blueprint of each pose you’ll get to experience where your own personal movement patterns keep you from a deeper exploration of the practice.
The environment is hands-on, down-to-earth and supper supportive. You’ll leave with tangible and clear pathways to grow your practice. Please bring notepad and pen.
Sunday, 20 May from 11.15 – 12.45pm. Priced at €25 you can sign up here
