WellFest Summer Tour @ River Court Hotel
The first leg of our summer tour with KBC will be in Kilkenny this weekend at the River Court Hotel. The event sees us host a body weight circuit with Tom Dalton, a yoga flow class with Julie B and a wellness discuss with dietician Orla Walsh. Unfortunately, tickets are now fully booked. This summer & autumn I will be going on tour with @wellfestirl. As a registered #Dietitian (#RD), #sports #dietician and #nutritionist I'll be qualified, and well able, to answer all your #nutrition and #diet related questions on #health #fitness and #exercise. With my degree in #physiology I'll also have the necessary background credentials to discuss #lifestyle aspects of optimal #wellness. There will be no #nutribabble, only #evidencebased based #science 🤓

MOVE with Yoga Kitchen @ St Patrick’s Park
As part of the Liberties Festival join The Yoga Kitchen at St Patrick’s Cathedral for a Saturday morning yoga class like no other. The Yoga Kitchen is a community yoga studio which was set up earlier this year by Máirín O’Grady to create a home for your practice to grow and flourish. Máirín’s aim is to nurture the practice of toga or union both on and off the mat, connecting to our body, breath and heart but also to the world around us. So join the team for a one hour free class this Saturday.

Pilates, Pizza & Pink Gin @ The Jar
It’s back! If you missed this unique event last time, then move fast to secure a place this weekend!
This class will be a Pilates class, held in the first floor garden terrace, with Dearbhla Mitchell, creator of Powered Pink & instructor with Platinum Pilates.
Afterwards enjoy an assortment of The Jar’s famous wood-fired base pizzas, including veggie and vegan options. Served with those all-important pink gin inspired beverages, to wind down and relax. It’s about finding balance after all.
